Cybersecurity Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our growing GladBit team. You’ll collaborate with talented engineers, designers, and product managers to build reliable and scalable software used by clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor internal networks and systems constantly for security breaches and intrusions.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and code security audits.
Develop and implement robust information security policies and protocols.
Lead rapid response efforts to investigate and resolve security incidents.
Educate team members on security best practices to maintain a culture of safety.

Requirements

Solid professional experience in network security and risk management.
Familiarity with enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and security protocols.
Deep understanding of common vulnerabilities (e.g. OWASP Top 10) and mitigations.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CEH, CISM) are highly preferred.
Ability to work effectively under pressure during security incidents.
